Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide! Where ever you are on planet earth we will send your package! Customs and duties taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.


How long will shipping take?”

It depends on what you order and where it is being shipped to. Our made to order items do take extra time to process. Specifics are usually stated on the products page.  Typically once you receive tracking & it becomes active (showing movement) domestic mail can take 2-9 business days and international 7-14 business days. All items currently come from California.

Do you offer overnight shipping?

If you place an order for something and need rush delivery please contact us by using the email form on the contact page before placing your order to guarantee we can get you your package by the date you need.


Do you provide tracking with your orders?

Yes with every order you are provided with a tracking number. You will be sent an email from paypal with your tracking information as soon as it is available.

International orders are mailed USPS First class mail with delivery confirmation or Customs Declaration number, there is limited tracking with these once the package leaves the USA because of your countries carrier tracking system. You may not see an estimated delivery date when viewing tracking, you will need to call your local carrier and provide them with the tracking number for further information.


I don’t see tracking in my order info!!!

We send tracking to you FIRST directly by email from PAYPAL.

Tracking is automatically sent out when we print a shipping label for your order. Sometimes with the volumes of orders we get it may take longer for the tracking to reflect on your order on our site because we manually have to enter that information. You will always get a email from paypal with tracking information as soon as your item has PREPARED to ship out.


Can I bundle my entire order together?

Most orders that contain small items will automatically be packaged together. However because some items are larger in size or take longer in production we will sometimes separate your order so that the entire order isn’t delayed because of one item.


Can I return something?

At this time all sales are final! If something doesn’t fit you may exchange it for the same item or one of equal or lesser value as long as it is unworn/unused and in it’s original packaging.


My package was damaged what do I do?

While we make it a habit to inspect our products for flaws before we send them to you we know that sometimes, even tho it is rare mistakes do happen and sometimes packages are even damaged in transition.

We hope that you purchase shipping insurance for those just in case things that sometimes happen so you are covered for any damages that may occur. We can’t be held responsible for an item damaged in shipping transition. You are covered for damages only if you purchase “Shipping Insurance”. You must contact your local post office at 1-800-275-8777 or by visiting® to file a claim.

If there is a flaw in the product that deems the item “unusable” you may exchange it for the same item or one of equal or lesser value. There is no guarantee we will have the same item in stock. You will also be held responsible for return shipping fees


What does made to order mean?

Most of the items on the site are hand made once your order is placed and paid for, they will be marked with  “made to order” in the products description.


Do you do custom items?

YES, We absolutely do! We currently offer beanies & pillows with custom artwork and even have an easy to use online editor set up so you can submit your designs we also offer design work for a extra fee as long as the design is simple and proper quality images are provided.

How secure is your website?

All payments are processed securely through Paypal. Rest assure that we never store your credit card information on our servers. We do store your first & last name, email addresses and shipping addresses but we never sell or share your information with a third party. The information is solely stored in your account for a speedier checkout process. You may update or remove this information in your account settings anytime you see fit.
